I have been a member of an organization in our university. We have been conducting socially relevant projects and accepting sponsorships needed to make events take place. Recently, we have been chosen to sponsor the board needed to serve as a backdrop for the stage of an event. It was the most awaited event for the school year and so it the board has to be really big since university alumni will also participate in that event. Since we have artists in our organization, the layout and design was easily done. The student council also agreed to the design we did and so it is ready for printing. The only problem we had is the board printing process since we could not find a large scale printing service near our university.
We needed to look for printing services on the internet especially those who offer cheap delivery fee. Since, we are all student, we cannot really take everything out from our pockets. There is this one website that has everything we need. They print large scale boards for backdrop which is priced very cheap and the delivery too was not that expensive. We emailed them for the details and they responded immediately. When the delivery came, we were very satisfied because of the high quality print they made. The students were very impressed by the boards we installed on the stage. When the even took place, the stage looked livelier and our organization was recognized too by a lot of students on our university.
